Our Mission
At Specialty Transportation Concierge, we understand that moving people, regardless of their stage in life, can be a source of worry. That's why we offer a comprehensive relocation service designed to support you throughout the entire moving process.
We are not the typical "medical transport" model like the expensive medical transport companies. We provide personal care but have the experience and ability to work with those with dementia, catheters, incontinence, wheelchair-bound and much more. Our primary focus is to provide your loved one with the support they need.

OUR PROCESS
How Do We Work
Step 1
Meet with family and do preliminary assessment with the family.
Step 2
Preliminary cost analysis.
Step 3
Complete an assessment of the client, with the community or home they are living in, to determine final cost.
Step 4
Night before transport, fly to where the client is with all medications and basic travel supplies.
Step 5
Morning of transportation meet client at their location and make sure they are ready to be transported.
Step 6
Pack up. Go to the airport and fly back first class to where they are moving to while addressing their needs and care.
